End User License Agreement

1. Software owner
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is entered into between:

and the end user (“Licensee”).
By installing, copying, or using the Next Plugin and/or Next Dashboard software, the Licensee fully accepts the terms of this EULA. If the Licensee does not agree to these terms, the software must not be installed or used.
2. Scope of the License
This EULA governs the use of the following software:
Next Plugin
Next Dashboard
any related updates, patches, or associated content
The software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. Grant of license
The Licensor grants the Licensee a license that is:
personal
non-exclusive
non-transferable
revocable
limited
The license permits use of the software solely in accordance with this EULA and the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4. Activation and Authentication
Access to licensed features requires:
authentication via the Licensee’s Discord account
license verification through the Licensor’s servers
The license is linked to the Discord account used at the time of activation.
5. Scope of use
Unless otherwise stated:
the license may be used on multiple devices, not simultaneously
device changes over time are permitted
simultaneous use on multiple machines is prohibited
Any attempt to bypass these limitations constitutes a violation of this EULA.
6. License restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
copying, distributing, selling, renting, or sublicensing the software
sharing the installer or the software with third parties
reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
modifying, altering, or creating derivative works from the software
bypassing or attempting to bypass the licensing or protection systems
using the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
7. Intellectual property
The software, including its source code, user interfaces, layout, and proprietary assets, is the exclusive property of the Licensor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, or materials displayed within the software are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, compatibility, or informational purposes only. Nothing in this EULA grants the Licensee any ownership rights over the software or any third-party intellectual property. The Licensee is granted only a limited right to use the software in accordance with this EULA.
8. Updates and modifications
The Licensor may provide updates, modifications, or improvements to the software. Such updates:
may be installed automatically or manually
may modify or remove existing features
are subject to this EULA
9. Availability and license verification
The software may require periodic license verification via an internet connection. In the event of temporary server unavailability:
the software may continue to function for a tolerance period (grace period)
the duration of the grace period is not guaranteed or fixed
The Licensor may suspend access to licensed features if verification is not possible for an extended period.
10. Suspension and revocation of license
The license may be suspended or revoked, without refund, in the event of:
violation of this EULA
unauthorized or fraudulent use
failed payment or chargeback
attempts to bypass the licensing system
Upon revocation, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the software.
11. Disclamer of warranty
The software is provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranties. The Licensor does not guarantee that the software:
is error-free
operates without interruptions
is compatible with all hardware or software configurations
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:
direct or indirect damages
loss of data or configurations
crashes, malfunctions, or service interruptions
damages arising from the use or inability to use the software
Use of the software is at the Licensee’s sole risk.
13. Minimum age
The software is intended exclusively for adult users (18+). By installing or using the software, the Licensee declares that they are at least 18 years old.
14. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. The Licensee may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the software. The Licensor may terminate this EULA in the event of a breach of its terms.
15. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Italian law.
